Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume store, drive sales, and manage a team to deliver excellent customer service. You will grow Professional Customer relationships, oversee inventory, and coach team members to meet targets.

The role demands strong financial acumen, daily leadership presence, and the ability to work extended hours including weekends. ASE or automotive knowledge is a plus; bilingual or Spanish skills are beneficial.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10-20 in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience managing profitability and financial performance is preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales.
• Hire, develop, and manage store Team Members.
• Oversee inventory, operations, and safety; lead duty manager tasks.
• Coordinate scheduling, coaching, and performance feedback.
