Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) is seeking an Automotive Sound Engineer to join the Infotainment Development Department's System Team. You will support vehicle-level audio tuning, validation, and integration across Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis platforms.

The role covers testing, specification reviews, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive sound quality and system performance. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in infotainment test plans.
• 1+ years of experience in infotainment hardware/software design and validation.
• Experience with embedded systems validation.
• Familiarity with automotive audio measurement methods.
• Knowledge of Android Auto and Apple CarPlay integration testing.

Aufgaben

• Review specs and create validation test procedures for infotainment systems.
• Conduct bench and vehicle field validation tests and track progress.
• Evaluate software and audio functions for production readiness.
• Create technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure system integration.
• Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
