Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) seeks an Infotainment Manager to lead the Infotainment Team within the NAQC Investigation Group. You will oversee development and enhancements of infotainment systems across Hyundai, Genesis, and Kia vehicles and support the team in resolving infotainment-related issues.

You will mentor engineers, manage the team plan and budget, and drive improvements in quality, field issue resolution, and vendor collaboration. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering is required.
• 10+ years experience with infotainment systems.
• Strong QA/QC/QI background and investigative skills.
• Ability to explain technical topics to varied audiences.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Infotainment Team to improve quality and customer perception.
• Review and resolve field concerns with NA affiliates.
• Set team goals and drive execution and results.
• Manage budget, plan, and strategy for the team.
• Mentor engineers and promote continuous learning.
• Lead investigations with affiliates and vendors.
• Monitor quality trends and reduce warranty costs.
• Publish weekly plans and KPIs; present executive summaries.
