Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) is seeking an Infotainment Engineer I to join their North American Quality Center team. This role focuses on enhancing infotainment systems for Hyundai, Genesis, and Kia vehicles through field investigations and quality analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 0-3 years of experience with infotainment systems. Responsibilities include conducting quality audits, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating

Formación

• 0-3 years of experience working with infotainment systems.
• QA/QC/QI experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with testing, validation, and benchmarking activities.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in quality gate audits to evaluate test software.
• Conduct quality investigations on Hyundai and Kia vehicles.
• Perform comprehensive end-to-end testing for connected car services.
• Execute field investigations to resolve quality-related issues.
• Publish technical reports on infotainment system evaluations.
