Job summary

Qualifications

• Dealership experience or auto service advisor background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, and vehicle maintenance procedures.
• Experience with auto estimating, transmissions, oil changes, suspension, tire service, shocks & struts, brake repair.
• Mechanical knowledge combined with service technician experience is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Upselling abilities to recommend additional services or products effectively.
• Proficiency in cash handling and sales techniques within an automotive setting.
• Familiarity with automotive repair processes including automobile sales and service writing.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, comprehensive service estimates covering repairs such as oil changes, brake repair, transmission work, suspension, tire service, and shocks and struts.
