Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in both Spanish and English, addressing their automotive service needs and concerns.
• Accurately document customer information, service requests, and vehicle details in the company’s management system.
• Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs to customers, ensuring they understand the scope and cost.
• Upsell additional services and products by identifying customer needs and offering relevant recommendations.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of services and repairs.
• Schedule appointments, manage service orders, and follow up with customers regarding service status and vehicle readiness.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills by building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized service.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring a positive and professional atmosphere.
• Stay updated on automotive industry trends and basic repair procedures to effectively communicate with customers and technicians.

Qualifications:
