Royal Automotive Group in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Service Valet to greet guests, prep vehicles, and assist Service Advisors. This high-energy role supports a white-glove guest experience and helps move cars on the lot.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, clean driving record, valid license, neat appearance, and a strong work ethic. We offer competitive pay and benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Profit Sharing, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must have an impressive work-ethic.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Greets customers as they arrive in the service drive and determines appointment status.
• Determines who the Service Advisor is and notifies him/her of the customer’s presence.
• Washes vehicles’ windshields and places protective seat covers and driver’s side floor mats in each vehicle.
• Moves vehicles to various locations on the lot as directed by Service Advisors.
• Completes key tags for customer vehicles and updates parking lot space number as necessary.
• Prepares vehicles for delivery to customers by removing protective mats and seat covers, inspecting vehicles for fingerprints, grease, etc. and cleaning as necessary.
• Assists the Cashier in the rental car process by moving rental cars, reporting mileage, gas gauge indicator and cleanliness of the vehicle.
• Cleans designated areas of service buildings as directed by the Service Manager.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
