Team Car Care is hiring a General Service Technician (GST) for an entry-level role focused on servicing guest vehicles and delivering high-quality experiences. You will undergo our certification training to gain expertise across offered services and advance within the team.

You will contribute to a clean, safe, and efficient service center, mentor junior technicians, and communicate effectively with guests and teammates. The position supports full-time operations and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience in retail, food service, or hospitality.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication, positive attitude, dependable and a team player.
• Physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles and service performed.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center.
• Mentor junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates; ensure tire pressure is correct.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels; complete vehicle inspections.
• Install a new oil drain plug and oil filter; clean and lubricate fittings.
• Document all work performed on the repair order and report safety issues.
