Team Car Care East, LLC in Philadelphia is seeking a General Service Technician (GST). You will service guest vehicles with quality and provide a positive guest experience.

Through our training program you will receive certification and build skills across offered services, setting you up for a successful start in the automotive field. As an entry-level GST, you will join a teamwork-focused environment, with expected flexibility including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable.
• Mentor junior technicians and guide mid-level staff.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and fluid checks.
• Install oil drains, oil filters, and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Document all work on repair orders and report safety issues.
