Job summary

Big O Tires Store – Camdenton, MO is seeking General Service Technicians to perform service and installation tasks on store products and vehicles, including oil changes, tire service, and customer assistance.

You will unload merchandise, maintain clean facilities, promote sales, and ensure accurate pricing and promotions per policy. Must be 17+ and able to work holidays and weekends. MFA Petroleum Company is an Equal Opportunity employer with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Age 17+ (with parental consent) or older.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Ability to communicate accurately with customers, coworkers and supervisors.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drain oil and change oil filter; lubricate vehicles; install, rotate and balance tires and torque wheels; check and fill fluids.
• Unload tires and other merchandise from trucks and deliveries.
• Inspect disposed tires and store or dispose properly.
• Keep facilities, tools and equipment clean and stock shelves.
• Greet customers, provide fast, friendly service and promote sales.
• Perform sales duties per company policy: pricing, promotions, and stocking.
• Maintain store appearance to Big O Tires standards; operate vehicles safely.
• Complete required training and inform supervisor of issues.
