Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is hiring a General Service Technician in Hutto, TX. You will begin in an entry-level role, servicing guest vehicles with a training program that certifies you across our offered services, setting you up for future advancement.

You’ll join a team focused on quality work and exceptional guest experiences in a busy service center. This full-time position requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (e.g. retail, food service, hospitality).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service, including clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspections and document all work performed.
