Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to high-quality standards.
• Follow training program and earn certifications.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service center.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.
• Document work on repair orders.
• Report safety issues to management.
• Assist with vehicle inspections and fluid checks.
