Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Reading and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong communication and guest interaction skills.
• Positive work ethic; reliable, independent and a team player.
• Ability to follow procedures, identify problems, and make sound decisions.
• Physically capable to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures, loud environments, and around exhaust fumes.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays.
• Commitment to following all safety protocols and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Servicing guests' vehicles to ensure top-quality work and guest experience.
• Participate in training program and obtain certification.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care during all hours.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Check oil levels and communicate with teammates.
• Inspect and refill fluids as necessary.
• Document all work on the repair order.
• Report safety issues immediately to management.
• Maintain adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
