Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional servicing of guests' vehicles and ensure quality work and guest experience.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care during all operating hours.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center and mentor junior technicians.
• Communicate oil levels, tire pressure, and fluid refills to teammates as needed.
• Document all work performed on the repair order and follow safety procedures.
