Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC (US) seeks a General Service Technician at our Leander, TX location. This entry-level role focuses on servicing guests' vehicles with quality workmanship and a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and loud environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional service to guests' vehicles to ensure quality workmanship and guest experience.
• Serve as a mentor to junior/mid-level technicians and promote teamwork.
• Check oil levels, tire pressure, fluid levels and perform basic inspections.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies; document work performed.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.
