107 Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is hiring a General Service Technician in Memphis, TN. This entry-level role focuses on professionally servicing guest vehicles and delivering an exceptional guest experience through our training program.

You will start with foundational duties, receive certification through our program, and grow with opportunities for career advancement within a full-service market.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.,
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication to interact with guests and teammates.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, dependable, and a team player.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent guest service and clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center.
• Mentor junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates and ensure tire pressure is correct.
• Inspect and refill fluids as necessary and complete vehicle inspections.
• Install new oil drain plug and oil filter; perform related tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and report safety issues to management.
