You will begin in an entry-level GST position, learning our service offerings and safety protocols while contributing to a team that values quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous automotive or tech experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operation procedures.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and teamwork.
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting.
• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to high-quality standards.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance to junior/mid-level technicians.
• Document all work performed and follow safety procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests about vehicle care and status.
