Job summary

Qualifications
- Must be precise and accurate in repair work.
- Strong analytical and technical skills for diagnostics.
- Prior automotive technician experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform repair work per standards and dealership guidelines.
- Diagnose customer concerns and communicate findings for repairs.
- Conduct the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection and provide video when applicable.
- Master the Dealer Management System for work distribution, inspections, quotes and timekeeping.
- Complete required training and maintain a clean workspace.
- Ensure all customer vehicles are serviced with high quality and safety.
