Culver City Honda, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking an Automotive Service Technician (Mechanic) to provide precise repair work and diagnosis per dealer, state and factory standards.

You’ll use our DMS and participate in the PRO TECH program with rewards, training, and a comprehensive benefits package. This role emphasizes quality, teamwork and growth within a renowned automotive group.

Responsabilités

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, in accordance with dealership, state and factory standards.
• Address customers' primary concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control to attain 'Fixed First Visit' expectations.
• Perform the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection along with video on every vehicle; notify if additional recommendations or more time are needed.
• Master our Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, communication and time keeping.
• Complete required training as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout workspace and in all customer vehicles.
