Ken Garff Automotive Group, Audi Lehi, is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to perform efficient and precise repairs following dealership and factory standards. The role emphasizes diagnostic accuracy, use of the DMS, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates may have prior mechanic experience, ASE or manufacturer certifications, and a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be 18+ with work authorization in the U.S. and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience as automotive technician (mechanic) preferred.
• ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications highly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, in accordance with dealership, state and factory standards.
• Address customers’ concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control to attain ‘Fixed First Visit’ expectations.
• Perform the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection along with video on every vehicle; notify Service Advisor if additional recommendations or more time is needed.
• Master the Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, communication and time keeping.
• Complete required training as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout workspace and in all customer vehicles.
