Job summary

Ken Garff Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Technician (Mechanic) in Sandy, UT. You will perform repairs to dealership standards, diagnose and fix customer concerns, and use our DMS for accurate work distribution and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications are preferred.
• Prior automotive technician experience is preferred.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in-state driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and expert repair work on orders following dealership and factory standards.
• Address customers’ concerns with diagnosis, repair, and quality control to meet 'Fixed First Visit' expectations.
• Utilize the Dealer Management System for work distribution, inspections, quotes, and timekeeping.
• Complete required training and maintain workspace cleanliness in all vehicles.
