Ken Garff St. George Ford is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to perform precise, on-vehicle repairs and inspections in a busy dealership setting. You will diagnose concerns, execute repairs, and ensure quality first-visit outcomes on every vehicle.

The role requires 18+ years old with a valid license and state compliance; ASE or factory certifications preferred. Benefits include a comprehensive PRO TECH program, tool allowances, and a competitive compensation package with 401k matching.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in-state driver''s license and a good driving record.
• Prior automotive technician (mechanic) experience preferred.
• ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders in accordance with dealership, state and factory standards.
• Address customers’ primary concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control to attain ‘Fixed First Visit’ expectations.
• Perform the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection along with video on every vehicle; notify Service Advisor if more time is needed to complete the repair.
• Master the Dealer Management System for work distribution, inspections, repair quotes, communication and time keeping.
• Complete required training as assigned and maintain a clean workspace and vehicles.
