Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates with mechanical aptitude welcome.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to safely drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).
• Basic understanding of automotive systems.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations and repairs, tire mounting and balancing, battery testing and replacement, wiper blade replacement, air and cabin filter replacement, and fluid inspections/top-offs.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings.
• Recommend maintenance and repair needs to service advisors via inspection reports.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and company procedures.
• Operate shop equipment safely (lifts, tire machines, balancing equipment).
• Assist senior technicians with repairs as needed.
• Ensure vehicles are returned to customers in excellent condition and manage productivity with quality.
• Comply with safety regulations and shop policies.
