• ASE certification indicating technical aptitude.
• Technical or trade school degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot customer concerns using the latest tools provided.
• Greet customers courteously and maintain professionalism.
• Act as secondary customer greeter near the Service Drive.
• Stay current with service publications and terminal operations.
• Ensure safe, high-quality service is delivered on first attempt.
• Address original concerns before adding additional services.
• Inspect vehicles for additional sales opportunities.
• Return vehicles clean or cleaner than arrival.
• Participate in factory or in-house training programs.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and attach forms to RO.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Be punctual, ready to work, and in a clean uniform.
