Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; dependable and a team player.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional vehicle servicing to ensure quality work and guest satisfaction.
• Support training program to gain certifications and expertise in offered services.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care during operating hours.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates about vehicle needs and status.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable at all times.
• Document all work performed on repair orders for accuracy and traceability.
• Report safety issues immediately to management and follow safety protocols.
