Job summary

Leeds West Groups is seeking a General Service Technician to perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs while delivering excellent customer service. You will work with diagnostic tools and collaborate with senior technicians to ensure safety and quality across our automotive services.

The role requires basic automotive knowledge, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to a fast-paced environment. Onsite work with potential travel between local stores in Colorado is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have professional integrity and a strong customer service orientation.
• Basic automotive knowledge and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Active driver’s license and ability to meet legal work requirements.
• High school diploma preferred; related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid flushes.
• Assist with vehicle inspections to identify mechanical or safety concerns.
• Complete repairs and maintenance tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Use diagnostic equipment and manuals to troubleshoot issues.
• Communicate repair recommendations and estimates to customers.
