Job summary

Leeds West Groups is seeking a General Service Technician to perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining safety standards.

The role requires basic automotive knowledge, use of diagnostic tools, and the ability to learn rapidly in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with senior technicians and store management to ensure quality service and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• An active and unrestricted driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid flushes, and filter replacements.
• Assist with and conduct vehicle inspections to identify mechanical, electrical, safety issues.
• Complete repairs and maintenance tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Use diagnostic equipment and manuals to diagnose automotive problems.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specs and industry standards.
• Communicate repair recommendations and estimates to customers and management.
