Job summary

Leeds West Groups is seeking a General Service Technician to perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs with a focus on quality and safety. You will use diagnostic tools and follow manufacturer specifications while delivering excellent customer service.

The role supports daily operations, collaborates with senior technicians, and requires strong integrity and teamwork in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. This onsite position involves some travel between local stores.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Active driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year related automotive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid flushes, and filter replacements.
• Assist with vehicle inspections to identify mechanical, electrical, or safety issues.
• Complete repairs and maintenance tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Use diagnostic equipment and computer systems to troubleshoot automotive problems.
• Ensure work meets manufacturer specs and safety standards.
• Conduct quality checks and test-drive vehicles after repairs.
