Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid flushes, filters).
• Conduct vehicle inspections to identify needs and safety concerns.
• Complete repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Use diagnostic equipment and manuals to troubleshoot problems.
• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer specs and industry standards.
• Perform test drives and quality checks.
• Communicate recommendations and estimates to customers and management.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized shop environment.
• Support store management and collaborate with technicians to optimize workflow.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety policies; promote a positive team culture.
