Job summary

Hyundai Motor America in Arizona is seeking an Automotive Service Technician capable of diagnosing and repairing most systems of the automobile with minimal guidance. You will use the latest tools to troubleshoot customer concerns and ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in diagnosing and repairing diverse vehicle makes/models.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid state driver's license with a good driving record.
• ASE certification required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot customer concerns using available tools and publications.
• Provide courteous service and greet customers in the Service Drive.
• Stay current with technical publications and service operations.
• Ensure safe, high-quality vehicle service is delivered on first visit.
• Address customer concerns before pursuing additional sales.
• Inspect vehicles for additional service opportunities and proper maintenance.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and attach forms to the RO copy.
• Participate in factory or in-house training programs.
• Be punctual, prepared, and presentable for work.

High School Diploma or Equivalent

ASE Certification

Technical/Trade School Degree (preferred)
