Qualifications

• Mainline mechanical repair and diagnostic experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume dealership environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Kia manufacturer training and certifications are a plus.
• ASE certifications.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical repair capabilities.
• Experience working in a flat-rate environment.
• Proven productivity and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive mechanical and electrical concerns.
• Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Diagnose drivability issues and complex mechanical or electrical problems.
• Complete repair orders while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
• Work closely with Service Advisors and other technicians to maintain workflow.
• Follow Kia repair procedures, technical guidelines, and safety standards.
• Stay current with evolving automotive technology and manufacturer training.
• Service hybrid and electric vehicle systems as qualified.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
