Job summary

Horne Mazda Avondale is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles, while delivering excellent customer service. You will troubleshoot concerns, perform inspections, and ensure the work is done correctly the first time.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (ASE certification preferred) and a professional appearance. You will stay up to date with service publications and participate in trainings, contributing to a respectful, safety‑conscious shop

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ASE certification required.
• Trade school degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair a range of vehicle makes and models.
• Ensure customer courtesy and satisfaction.
• Document and complete paperwork accurately for RO.
• Attend factory or in-house training when offered.
• Keep up with service publications and terminal operations.
• Deliver safe, high-quality service on first visit.
