Job summary

Leeds West Groups in Colorado Springs is seeking a General Service Technician to perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs with a focus on accuracy and safety. You will use diagnostic tools and manuals to diagnose issues and communicate service needs to customers and management.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, at least 1 year of related experience preferred, and a commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year related automotive experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required (MVR check).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid flushes, and filter replacements.
• Assist with and conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify needs and safety concerns.
• Complete repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and manuals to diagnose automotive problems.
• Ensure work meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Perform quality checks and test-drives to verify repairs.
• Communicate repair recommendations and estimates to customers and management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
