Team Car Care East, LLC is seeking a General Service Technician in West Hempstead, NY to service guest vehicles and begin a certified training program. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience and opportunities for growth within the company.

You will participate in our training program, learn all offered services, and pursue advancement as you demonstrate skill and reliability in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience in retail, food service, or similar.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional vehicle servicing and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely, accurate guest care.
• Keep the service area clean and presentable.
• Assist and mentor junior technicians.
• Document work performed on repair orders.
