Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; independently motivated, dependable, and a team player
• Demonstrates responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures, identify problems, and make sound decisions

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours
• Demonstrate excellent guest service, including clear communication about guest vehicles
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates and ensure tire pressure accuracy
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary and complete vehicle inspections
• Install a new oil drain plug and oil filter, lubricate fittings as needed
• Document all work performed on repair orders and report safety issues to management
