Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (e.g., retail, food service, hospitality).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest experience.
• Follow training and certification programs for services offered.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care during operating hours.
• Check oil level with teammates and ensure proper tire pressure.
• Inspect and refill fluids as necessary, document all work performed.
• Report safety issues to management and adhere to policies.
