Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking a General Service Technician in Belleville, IL. You will service guests' vehicles and learn through our training program to gain certification in the services we offer, setting you up for success in the role.

This entry-level position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and guest satisfaction, with opportunities for advancement as you build hands-on skills in oil changes, fluid checks, and basic inspections.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and loud environments.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to deliver quality work and guest satisfaction.
• Learn via our training program and gain certification in offered services.
• Promote teamwork to ensure on-time, accurate guest care.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center.
• Check oil level, tire pressure, fluids, and perform basic inspections.
• Document all work on the repair order and report safety issues.
