Job summary

Team Car Care is hiring a General Service Technician in Austin, TX. You will service guests' vehicles, participate in our training program to gain certification, and support a positive guest experience. The position requires at least 3 months of customer-facing experience, must be 18 or older, and authorized to work in the U.S. The environment is fast-paced and focused on quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of customer-facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc).
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and instruction manuals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• 18+ and legally allowed to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality guest care and service during all operating hours.
• Mentor junior and mid-level technicians and promote teamwork.
• Ensure service center is clean and presentable.
• Perform vehicle inspections and document results on repair orders.
• Communicate oil, tire pressure and fluid levels to teammates.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
