Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Effective communication to interact with guests and teammates.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; team player.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during operating hours.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level technicians.
• Check oil level to other teammates; ensure proper tire pressure.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels; complete vehicle inspection.
• Install a new oil drain plug and oil filter; document all work performed.
• Report safety issues to management; adhere to company policies.
• Perform tasks for extended periods, including lifting and working around exhaust fumes.
