Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience in any setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable and follow safety protocols.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians and maintain documentation on repair orders.
• Inspect and refill fluids, check tire pressure, and perform basic vehicle inspections.
