107 Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is hiring a General Service Technician in Valley Stream, NY. You will begin in an entry-level role, servicing guests' vehicles and gaining certification through our training program to advance in automotive services.

The position emphasizes teamwork, clear guest communication, and maintaining a clean, safe service area while delivering quality work and a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Ensure service center is clean and presentable.
• Mentor junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates.
• Ensure proper tire pressure and fluid levels.
• Complete vehicle inspections and document work performed.
• Report safety issues to management and follow company policies.
