Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is hiring a General Service Technician in O’Fallon, MO. This entry-level role begins with a comprehensive training program to certify you across our services and deliver excellent guest experiences.

You will support a busy service center, communicate clearly with teammates and guests, and help maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency. A team-focused, adaptable candidate who can lift up to 50 pounds is ideal.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; independently motivated, dependable, and a team player.
• Demonstrates responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures, identify problems, and make sound decisions.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures, loud environments, and around exhaust fumes.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
• Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service, including clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Ensure that the service center is clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check and communicate oil level to other teammates; ensure tire pressure is correct.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary; complete vehicle inspections.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter; clean and lubricate fittings.
• Document all work performed on the repair order; report safety issues to management.
• Maintain adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation; perform manual tasks including lifting.
