Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience (e.g. retail, food service, hospitality).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time and accurate guest care.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance to junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Check tire pressure and inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspections and document all work performed.
