Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is hiring a General Service Technician at our St Peters, MO location. You will service guest vehicles and learn our services through a structured training program.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (e.g. retail, food service, hospitality).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; independent and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Ensure that the service center is clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates; ensure tire pressure is correct.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary; complete vehicle inspections.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Document all work performed on the repair order; report any safety issues to management.
