Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC (US) in St. Louis, MO is seeking a General Service Technician to service guest vehicles and embark on a career with our team.

Entry-level role with hands-on training leading to certifications; you will maintain a clean service center, deliver excellent guest care, and collaborate with technicians while following safety policies. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Effective communication to interact with guests and teammates.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending and squatting.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays.
• Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest experience.
• Follow training to earn certifications in services offered.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center.
• Document all work on repair orders.
• Report safety issues to management.
