Job summary

Mazda of Salem is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair customer vehicles in a dealership setting. Mazda certification/experience is preferred, and compensation is based on experience for a flat-rate paid position.

Key duties include performing repair work per the repair order, test driving vehicles, communicating with the Service Advisor, estimating repair times, and completing repairs to manufacturer specifications. A strong customer service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as an auto technician.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
