Ability to read and comprehend instructions.

Responsibilities

Correctly troubleshoot customer concerns using the latest administrative and technical tools provided.
Greet customers and maintain courtesy.
Assist as secondary customer greeter in service drive.
Stay up to date with technical publications and service communications.
Ensure service delivered correctly the first time.
Address initial concerns before pursuing additional sales.
Inspect vehicles for additional sales opportunities per local and factory recommendations.
Return vehicles clean or cleaner than when arrived.
Participate in training programs offered by the company or in-house.
Complete paperwork accurately and attach required forms.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager, ASM or Group Leader.
Always come to work on time in a clean uniform.
