Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Technician in Saint Peters, MO. The technician will perform vehicle repairs and maintenance per dealer and factory standards, building customer trust through accurate diagnoses and quality service.

Qualifications

• Automotive Service Technician experience.
• ASE certification desirable.
• Excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, per dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to manage production and Customer communication.
• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑mechanical individuals including employees and customers.
• Stay updated on factory bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training as appropriate.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized work area.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effectively diagnosing vehicles.

Job Requirements:

• Automotive Service Technician experience
