Job summary

BMW of Freehold, part of Lithia Motors, is hiring technicians of all levels. The role offers a flat rate of $20.00 to $40.00 per hour plus incentives; full-time schedule with Saturday availability.

Requires 2–5 years dealership or private shop experience, ASE and manufacturer certifications, and ability to perform brake, suspension, steering, engine maintenance, and electrical diagnostics. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required, with benefits and a comprehensive rewards

Qualifications

• Brake, suspension and steering repairs with accuracy and safety.
• Engine maintenance and electrical diagnostics proficiency.
• Experience using scan tools and service information systems.
• ASE and manufacturer certifications are preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs step by step per repair orders and Lithia standards.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and complete work with safety compliance.
• Road-test vehicles and document procedures and outcomes.
• Maintain an inventory of normal mechanic tools and report needs.
