Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older.
• Up-to-date ASE and state certifications.

• Proficiency in engine and transmission repair and maintenance, electrical and drivability diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Perform work per repair order with efficiency and accuracy following Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and complete work per safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to verify quality of repairs and document procedures/results.
• Maintain an inventory of standard mechanic tools and equipment.
